Nonsense Arcade

Privacy Policy

Effective September 6, 2026 · Nonsense Arcade

This Privacy Policy explains how DIGI LLC, publishing as Mahkyo, operates Nonsense Arcade at nonsensearcade.com (the “Site”). Nonsense Arcade is a free browser arcade featuring Captain's Long Shot and Don't Trip Grandma.

Information you provide

Nonsense Arcade does not ask you to provide a name, email address, age, date of birth, location, payment information, or other personal information during ordinary gameplay. The Site has no accounts, purchases, subscriptions, forms, uploads, chat, comments, or other user-submitted content features.

Hosting and Netlify Web Analytics

The Site is hosted using Netlify. Netlify Web Analytics will be enabled at launch. It operates at the hosting/CDN level and is derived from CDN server logs; Nonsense Arcade does not use a client-side analytics SDK or analytics cookie.

To provide hosting and Web Analytics, Netlify may process ordinary HTTP request information, which can include IP-address information and other request metadata. Netlify’s handling of that information is subject to Netlify’s own terms and privacy documentation. Nonsense Arcade does not add personal details to these requests through an analytics tracker.

Browser game storage

The games may save limited first-party game state in your browser. Don't Trip Grandma stores a numeric best score in browser local storage. Captain's Long Shot uses its generated Godot runtime’s IndexedDB-backed /userfs persistence for game/runtime state.

This local game storage is not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking. It is optional game persistence and is not a submission of information to Nonsense Arcade. You can remove it using your browser’s site-data, storage, or clear-browsing-data controls. Clearing site data may reset scores or other local game progress.

Cookies and advertising

The Nonsense Arcade client does not set cookies. Netlify Web Analytics does not require a Nonsense Arcade analytics cookie. The public web Site does not use real advertising, AdMob on web, behavioral advertising, or advertising SDKs.

Children’s privacy

Nonsense Arcade is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The Site does not ask for age or date of birth and does not use the Site to create age-based profiles. Because the Site does not provide a direct personal-information submission feature, ordinary gameplay does not require users to submit personal information.

Retention and control

Local game state remains in your browser until you remove it or your browser removes it. Nonsense Arcade does not maintain an account-based game profile. Hosting and Netlify Web Analytics records are handled at the hosting/provider level under Netlify’s applicable practices and retention periods.

Service provider

Netlify provides hosting and Web Analytics infrastructure for the Site. No other analytics, advertising, form, account, or communications provider is integrated into the shipping web experience.

Privacy questions and rights

For privacy questions or requests concerning Nonsense Arcade, contact support@nonsensearcade.com. Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights concerning information processed by a service provider, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other actions where applicable. Requests involving hosting or analytics records may need to be handled with Netlify or may be subject to applicable legal limits.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Site or its data practices change. The updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
